The firm was founded in 1963 and was one of the first company dealing in electronics. Ably pioneered by the Chairman Mr. Esmail Bahman Mohammed Bahman, the company is the leader in small appliances. Other than being the agent for prestigious brands like Moulinex, Pyrex, Campingaz, the company has been able to accumulate a wide range of brands in household goods, crystalware, glassware, showpieces etc. After liberation the company restarted its operations in April 1991.
